Caren is a tech writer that would rather be travel writing. DIY-er, gardener, fantasy nerd, and a lifter of heavyweights. Heading towards FIRE and traveling cheaply while doing it.
Maggie Gunther:
Maggie Gunther is the co-founder of TrekSimple, a travel blog “for real people,” and an economic development communications professional and Realtor. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University.
She is involved in various community and charitable organizations in the Greater Fort Lauderdale area. In 2016, she was named 40 Under 40 by the South Florida Business Journal. In 2019 she was named 40 Under 40 in Economic Development by the IEDC.
When she’s not working or volunteering, Maggie enjoys exploring new places, writing for her blogs, learning about history, taking in live entertainment, including concerts and theater, and spending time with friends, family, and her dog Mollie.
