Introduction:

We start the show with Peter being creepy and sneaking into Gary’s house.  The team discusses the beauty of living in New England.

Main Show:

Sarah’s W.I.N’s:

Sarah discusses wasted Covid-19 vaccines.  Over 15 million have been wasted.  That equals about $427 million.

Sarah gives us 7 steps to increase happiness!

Peter’s W.I.N’s:

Peter discusses intermittent dieting which is different from intermittent fasting.  New research suggests a protocol of 2 weeks of dieting followed by 2 weeks of maintenance is an effective way to lose weight.  The theory is that we do not allow our metabolism to adapt to caloric restriction.

Peter tells us that 67% of what teens eat is ultra-processed food.  This is not good.  We discuss ways to not allow this to happen with our kids.

Gary’s W.I.N’s:

Gary talks about Scotland trialing 4 day work weeks (32 hours).  Other countries have done the same with good success.  This has been shown to improve productivity and happiness.

Gary discusses Joe Rogan’s stance on the Covid vaccine as well as his usage of Ivermectin.  He feels as though he is being irresponsible and should use his platform for good.
